Winbox Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

All transactions on Winbox are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Your use only In Your Own Name Transactions can be made via your payment account (bKash, Nagad, or bank).
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted — any such transactions will be returned.
• If fraud is suspected, Winbox may suspend transactions and launch an investigation.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification — this is for your protection.

Winbox regularly runs a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined with the respective offer. Some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. They convert to real funds only after the required bet amount has been wagered.
• Validity: Each bonus has an expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in place, bets are generally capped at ৳500 per round — though this may vary depending on the offer.
• Prohibited Misuse: Using multiple accounts or any strategy to exploit the bonus system will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Winbox is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) — with no human interference.

• In the event of a technical error during a game, the result of that game may be declared void.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game for any reason, the game will resume from the last saved state on the server.
• In Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled or changed before a match begins — in-play bets are generally non-cancellable.
• Winbox reserves the right to pre-set or adjust betting odds at any time — particularly in Live Betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbox. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets or using insider information to influence the outcome of any sporting event is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

• False Identity: Registering with a false name, age, or identity document is prohibited.
• Minor's Account: Opening an account on behalf of or for anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Either Winbox or the player may close an account:

• At the Player's Request: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Under Responsible Gaming, you can temporarily or permanently close your account at any time.
• An initiative by Winbox: Winbox reserves the right to close an account in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, fraud, or other serious misconduct.

If Winbox closes an account, any valid balance will be returned — however, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
